About Human Longevity
Human Longevity is an independent information project on longevity and ageing. We do not sell products, do not give medical advice and do not receive commissions for tests or supplements.
What we do
We put terms in context: what does longevity mean, what is ageing research, what are biomarkers and “biological age”? We explain how research works, what evidence exists and where the limits are. The aim is understanding – not selling hope or products. The content is for people who want to inform themselves factually without falling for hype or blanket rejection.
What we do not do
No sale of supplements, tests or treatments. No individual advice on health or lifestyle. No diagnoses, no treatment recommendations. No affiliate links to longevity providers. Anyone with concrete medical questions should contact a doctor. Human Longevity can only provide context – no treatment and no guarantees.
Why risks and limits are central
In the longevity space, promises often dominate: “stay young”, “reverse ageing”, “lower biological age”. Science usually offers more cautious statements – correlations, animal studies, open questions. We emphasise sober context: what is proven, what is speculative? Where does evidence end and marketing begin? That way readers can draw their own conclusions and make informed decisions.
Who this project is for
For anyone interested in longevity and healthy ageing who wants to develop realistic expectations. Not for people looking for a quick “solution” or guarantees. Not as a substitute for medical advice when you have symptoms or planned interventions.
